Pakhratdinov Ajiniyaz Kuralbaevich
Current position: Junior Researcher, Department of Ethnography, Karakalpak Research Institute of the Humanities, Karakalpak Branch of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Education: 2004–2008 – Karakalpak State University (Bachelor’s degree); 2019–2021 – Karakalpak State University (Master’s degree). Historian. Ethnography, ethnology, and anthropology.
Field of scientific interest: Traditional social institutions of the Karakalpaks, fictive kinship relations, and associated traditional customs and beliefs.
Additional information: Since 2026, he has been participating in state fundamental, applied, and innovative projects conducted in the Department of Ethnography at the Karakalpak Research Institute of the Humanities of the Karakalpak Branch of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
