ecology and environmental protection, population ecology, modeling in ecology of the problem of optimizing the relationship between the environment and living organisms. Develops the scientific foundations of the theory of population ecology, research into the dynamics of mammal population numbers, their demographic structure, the impact of environmental factors on the biota of the Southern Aral Sea region, and the implementation of research results in the field of ecology and environmental protection.
