Modeling the Volume of Inflow water of the Aral Sea

At present, water does not flow into the Aral Sea directly from the river and drainages. In order not to lost water in vain because of filtration and evaporation, water must be collected in lakes and ponds. Water flows to Aral Sea only when there are enough outflow water in lakes and ponds around the Aral Sea. Therefore, modeling the volume of water inflowing the Aral Sea is equivalent to modeling the volume of water outflowing from lakes and reservoirs. A computer model of water balance has been developed, which makes it possible to obtain a specific numerical value of the characteristic under study, depending on the specific numerical values of the initial characteristics.

An analysis of visual observations of the shape, surface quality and color of particles of the selected fractions of natural glauconite from the Krantau deposit in the radiation of the optical range showed that the content of potassium and iron in the fraction of 0.5-0.05 mm correspond to the composition of glauconite. The presence in the IR-spectra of the absorption bands of fragments of molecules of organic substances, the presence of these bands after chemical treatment, gives reason to consider them not as random impurities, but as an integral part of the mineral structure of a given deposit. The presence of fragments of molecules of organic substances in the composition of the mineral leads to an increase in the activity of particles in ion-exchange reactions.

The analysis of the structure of the fauna of helminthes of ground squirrels of the North-East of Uzbekistan was conducted. The community of helminthes is represented by cestodes (9 species), trematodes (2), acanthocephal (1) and nematodes (12). The general infection rate of the three species of micromamalies with helminthes made up about 32.2%. Invasion intensity fluctuated from 1 to 48 individuals.

It is set that on territory of Karakalpakstan an avifauna is presented more than by 200 types of tugai birds, from them about 25 types related to the hunting trade birds and being the object of hunt. Distribution and life-form of birds (seed eat, granivorous, insectivorous, predatory and other) in tugai are related to surrounding habitat, forest tiers, forage terms. It is set that different ecological factors so much influence on the avifauna of tugai ecosystems.

The article presents data on the ecology and fishing status of the trade carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) in modern conditions of the lower reaches of the Amu Darya. Last years, in 2000-2017 in the biology of carp the rejuvenation of the population occurs by size-weight and age composition. The main factor that influences on the reservoirs of the lower reaches of the Amu Darya and population carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) is hydrological mode. Carp growth is constrained by limitationof spawning grounds- substrate, by water level inconsistency and by small numbers of breeding stock.

Lake Dautkul - is a reservoir, that feeds on river water and it has a relatively higher degree of purity than other lakes. The feeding river of the lake is the Amu Darya River. The studies of the lake were carried out according to the following parameters: the transparency of the water, the species composition of the fish population and the hydrochemical analysis of water were determined. The information about the reservoir soils and the state of the lake bottom is given. The species composition of the fish population of Lake Dautkul is represented by 21 species of fish: aborigines and acclimatizers common in the hydrographic network of the lower reaches of the Amu Darya.

Antagonistic activity and sensitivity to antibiotics of microorganisms isolated from the intestines of pond fish of Uzbekistan

Probiotics are used as an alternative to antibiotics to prevent fish diseases and obtain environmentally friendly products in pond farms. Lactic acid (2 strain), bifidobacteria (3 strain) and bacteria of the genus Bacillus (2 strain) were isolated from various parts of the intestines of healthy fish of different species and age of cultures. The titer of lactic acid and bifidobacteria cells turned out to be low; they also showed weak antagonism to opportunistic bacteria. Zones of inhibition of growth of pathogens by these microorganisms did not exceed 13-16 mm. Both strains of bacteria belonging to the genus Bacillus completely suppressed the growth of Candida albicans, E. coli and Proteus mirabilis. In the future, these Bacillus can serve as the basis for creating probiotic preparations for use as feed additives in pond farms in the early stages of development of fish fry.

The article is sanctified to the results of study of ecological descriptions of population of Microtus Ilaeus in lower reaches of Amudarya. It is set that Microtus Ilaeus стенобионтна, too demanding to the gidro mode of Amudarya, forage terms, that limits survivability of animals in unfavorable years. The age-related composition determines subsequent reproduction and quantity of population of Microtus Ilaeus. A sexual and age-related structure also changes on years and seasons. In connection with the change of the gidro mode of delta of Amudarya and aridization of terms of habitat of this kind considerably the areas of settling grew short, the quantity of population went down.

The article devoted for the learning of women's figure, analysing works of scientistists, the author of article is leaned on the thinkings of the researcher-scientists Z.A.Nasurlaeva. Learning in new aspect, the connection of women's figure and theme of work has a big sense from the view point of todays day. As a woman – researcher Z.A.Nasurlaeva on the materials of the modern prose researches and reveals the problems showing theme of work, shows on the figure of woman on authentic examples in modern karakalpak prose. Author on a big scientific material, seeked to reveal actual problems, linked with an achierement of the women's character, devoting the special attention to the problems of the artistical concepts of the women's figure in modern karakalpak prose.

The article is devoted to the problem of studying the genre of the novel in the 1960s. The author investigates the influence of literary science on the development of the novel genre. The author also expresses an opinion on the scientific and theoretical conclusions given in articles of the 1960s. The criteria for artistic analysis are indicated. As a result of the study of the problem, the author made scientific and theoretical conclusions.

An outlook to the history of orthography

A political problem occurred while transformation of the Karakalpak writing from Arabic alphabet into Latini is thoroughly studied in this article. Particularly the arrangement matters of the decision of this problem deeply analyzed in the research. One of the preparatory activities for the second orthographic conference pointed out as the basis of the examples writing Shymbay and Takhtakupir dialects according to the order of the Commissary of Public Education of Karakalpakstan and there was organized a Special Expedition on the study of the problem. The chairman of the cultural section of the complex Scientific Institution of Karakalpakstan professor A.A.Sokolov was pointed out as the Head of the Expedition. The second conference on the orthographic problems, in spite of its members hard preparatory arrangements, didn’t valued positively. The policy of transforming alphabets came to nothing. The article clearly revals the cause of those complications and how the problem had been decided positively.

Features of the Khorezm Architecture of the Renaissance

The article analyzes the essence of the architecture and construction of the civilization of ancient Khorezm. It is shown that Khorezm has an huge history. Specific climatic features of the region and their account in construction are given. The symbiosis of mathematics and aesthetics, which led to the emergence of unique architectural monuments of Khorezm, is also revealed. At the same time, the stability of these buildings and structures was provided at a sufficiently high level.
