In this paper studied solvability of inverse problem for equation of forth order. The uniqness and solvability of regular solution is proved. Solution of the problem is build with Fourier method. Uniqness of solution is obtained from fulness biorthogonal system. Absolute and uniform convergence of obtained series is shown.

In the paper given the materials of construction of electromagnetic transducer of asymmetry of the three-phase current to a voltage (EMPNSTN) based on magnetic circuit made in the form of oppositely disposed two symmetrical parts, each of which along the magnetic axis are three semi-circular recesses forming the round holes for arranging the phase conductors of three-phase mains, and four air gaps between the holes are four flat measuring coil on the insulating product lines, with the number of turns of the two outermost flat measuring coils is two times less than the number of turns of the two secondary flat measuring coils, and on the projections of the two ends of the yoke provided with holes for arrangement screws with nuts of a nonmagnetic material allowing to expand the functionality of the device of control unbalance in electric nets of communication objects.

In that work the methods of organization of SASAEP system power supply rail transportation. We consider the installation of electricity metering devices on an electric rolling stock, similar in their metrological characteristics (accuracy class, minimum interval of reading, etc.). The definition of the level of consumption, specific consumption and unbalance of electricity for the traction of trains is given. Also, consumption of active and reactive electricity, power losses in the traction network, and the magnitude and duration of the regeneration regimes in AC sections are determined. The estimation of the level of power loss in the traction network under various schemes of connection of traction substations (circuits for connecting two-way and one-way power supply of the contact network) is considered.

The specific list of helminthes of cattle of the Fergana region which are presented by 24 types relating to 18 genera, 11 families, 7 orders and 3 classes is studied. We studied the animals mentioned simultaneous parasitism from 3 to 12 types of helminthes is noted, and the monoinvasion – isn’t noted. Extensiveness of an invasion varies within 1,2-39,3%, and intensity of an invasion from single copies to several hundreds. Instability of epizootic process obliges timely and in full carrying out monitoring of parasitic diseases and a complex the antihelminthic activities.

The results of expert are evidence of warm-blooded organism having strict own certain degree of substandard exchange, but cold-blooded organisms not having such possibility, they reduce changeable process comparing with warm-blooded organisms. This degree of reduction depends of metabolism beatures of vertebra classes of animals.

Particularities algalflora akdariya reservoir middle river of Zarafshan

Algoflora reservoir comprises 71 species and varieties, which belong to the 4 divisions, 10 orders, 14 families, 24 genera. The species composition is dominated Bacillariophyta department. This is followed by Cyanophyta divisions, Xanthophyta and Chlorophyta. For polymorphic classes are Hormogoniophyceae, Pennatae and Heterotrychophyceae (65 taxon - 91.54%). Very abundant algal flora is the autumn of the year, at this time there are 32 species and varieties (42.25%). The varieties of the aspectual composition of the algaes at different periods of the year depends on the temperature, mineralization of water and other factor. In general in algalflora reservoir 52% algaes concern freshwater, 24% fresh – an hali and 24% hali. Determined in Akdariya reservoir 46,47% type and varieties of the algaes similar between itself with algalflora yard Akdariya.

The assessment of correlation dependences of incidence with various pollutant of atmospheric air of the Republic of Karakalpakstan is carried out. The direct link of allergic incidence with growth of number of motor transport in various areas of the surveyed territory of Karakalpakstan is revealed. The comparative analysis of the general and primary incidence of the population of diseases of respiratory organs with an allergic component in the ranged ecological groups of the territory is carried out.

Results of a research of parameters of a circulation at the children living in Karakalpakstan are given in article. The article deals with some phonetic features of correlative words in the Karakalpak language. In the harmony of components of correlative words there are some phonetic peculiarities such as rhyme, alliteration, assonance, dissonance, repetition of affixes and substitution. However, not all the correlative words are subject to the above-mentioned types of phonetic laws. Correlative words are mostly consist of monosyllabic, two-syllabic and three-syllabic components. The number of syllables may be not always equal. Additional sounds are used in the beginning of some second components for strengthening.
