The artificial subjects were offered separately by the specialists of experts, proceeding from requirements for the creation of course in automated systems for each elements of the course. And this, in case of study the process of efficiency of e-learning has important meaning.

There is noted the feature of this complex production process. Principles of production of fuzzy logic model of diagnosing the technological object with heterogeneous characteristics where investigated and analyzed. A mathematical model of the process is made in the base of fuzzy logic summary. The links between the parameters of the technological process of carbonization of soda ash production are presented.

Study of the cation-anion selectivity of bilayer lipid membranes modified by lagochiline derivatives

Study of the cation-anion selectivity of bilayer lipid membranes modified by 3,18-O-izopropylidenlagochiline and 3,18-O-ethylidenlagochiline molecules was presented that membranes selectively for bivalent cations. In case monovalent cations and these diterpenoids membranes did not have selectivity. Consequently, in the presence of a 3-fold transmembrane NaCl and KCl concentration gradient membrane permeability modified by these diterpenoids was not observed. Cation-anion selectivity diterpenoid-modified bilayers was observed when bilayer separated by bivalent electrolytes. The relative permeability of bilayer lipid membranes for Ca2+ was compared with other divalent cations. The positive value of zero current membrane potentials indicates that cations pass through diterpenoid-modified membrane better than anions.

In the article chromatographic analysis of extracts from over ground parts and roots of Astragalus unifoliolatus Bunge plant, prepared in Amudariya region of the Republic Karakalpakstan were presented. Three compounds with cycloartan character in total quantity were isolated from ethylacetat and butanol fractions of methanol extract from roots of this plant. Four compounds were isolated from over ground parts of this plant. Four compounds are new substances. Three compounds identified with known substances. Seven three-terpen glicosides of cycloartan series were isolated in the research.

This work is devoted by a question of processing of glaukonit of Karakalpakstan and their use in republic agriculture. Processes of receiving complex fertilizers on the basis of mixture of fusions or solutions of nitrogen-containing salts with different types of glaukonit of Karakalpakstan are studied. Thus on the basis of a glaukonit of the Krantausky field, ammonium nitrate and a carbamide new fertilizers are received. On the basis of results of laboratory researches the possibility of receiving thermostable ammonium nitrate with use as additive of a glaukonit of the Karakalpak field is revealed.

Reaction ability of model compounds of lignins

The results of the research of electronic structures of monomer and dimer molecules of lignin precursor by the quant-chemical method were presented. The quant-chemical calculation of electronic structures of lignin model compounds carry out by means PM3-method. It was shown that, multi-centric of chemical activity characterized for poly-functional monomer and dimer molecules of lignin precursor. Difference in the values of dipole moment their compounds directs to not equal charge distribution in the molecule. It logically consequence, in difference of cellulose, is absence uniform of first microstructures, that determines lignin heterogenic and chaos on molecular level. The most reaction ability parts in this molecule are also oxygen-containing groups and oxygen of cyclic ether bond, which can be center of electrophylic substitution.

In given article is brought theoretical calculation of the technological process for ensuring the necessary height and density for making beds necessary profile and density for sowing of the cotton on their hackles, as well as for reduction of the hit of the rain flow in seed bed. For calculation of the transverse sizes of beds and their paddling are used geometric way of the calculation. As a result following parameters of the beds are received. Minimum height of the beds must be not less 100 mms, minimum width of the top beds with standpoints of the firm work sowing device must be not less 160 mms, width of the lower basis beds must be not less 390 mms, area of the cross- section beds must be not less 275 sm2 beds.

Thе article submits the results of laboratory researches of physical and mechanical properties of bentonites of Muynak district. The results of researches showed that bentonites has dilative properties. It is recommended to use local loams for building of dam of the reservoir «Mejudureche» Offered instead of bentonites, under reinforce-concrete tetrahedrons as an antifiltration layer to use alluvial loams. It is recommended to undertake geological studies around of the reservoir «Mejudureche» for the search of loams.

It has Determinate and recommended preventive methods of protection of strawberry from potato moth. As a method of struggle against the Colorado potato beetle and potato moth to kill pests on the tops with a recommended insecticide active ingredient: deltametryn (Deluxe Ultra) has shown high efficiency against Colorado potato beetle and potato moth at the potato at 0,035 l/ha.

This paper studied the effect of health degree and strong degree of affection verticillium wilt on the variability of the characteristic of the growing period of the original parental forms and reciprocal hybrids of the first generation of cotton. The results of the study found that a strong degree of damage to verticillium wilt disease had no significant negative influence on the average and range of the characteristic length of the vegetation period of parental forms and reciprocal hybrids of the first generation of variability obtained with the original forms of synthetic introgression cotton.

In article some features and structures of natural shelters and holes predatory in the conditions of Priaralye which are in own way adapted for action of an anthropogenous press are considered and are distributed on various biotopes in the changing conditions of environment of Priaralya. The device, the size and the location of holes and shelters of predators are various and depend on specific conditions of dwelling. Normal existence and reproduction of predatory mammals depends from existence of the natural shelters or places suitable for creation of a family and cultivation of posterity. The lack of shelters, lack of conditions for the device of nests not only reduce the number of animals, but also lead to a total disappearance them in this district. Therefore for preservation of predatory mammals it is necessary to protect them from destruction and to make thrifty use of that environment in which they live.
