Investigation the distribution of dot and microdefects in epitaxial layers of ZnSe/GaAs

In this work we report the depth inhomogeneity study of MBE grown ZnSe/(001) GaAsepilayers of different thickness by X-ray photoluminescence methods. It is shown that all these epilayers consist of three regions with different extended defect and impurity concentration. There are pressure strain decreasing in the well and dilution strain decreasing in the buffer layer. These processes cause low crystal qualities of the obtained layers which in turn stimulates degradation processes. One of the ways to influence on characteristics of border section of А2В6/GaAs structure is utilization of thin intermediate layers which is able to halt interdiffusion of the components of a layer and substrate.

The method of one stage acylation of amins was developed. The conclusion of method is the reaction of benzoic acid and methylchlorformate in the presence of desoxivazicionone and aniline. It is determined that 2,3-tri-,-tetramethylen-3,4-dihydroquinazolin-4-ones with acyl halides and amines in situ the suitable amides with higher yield is produced. The factors, which effect to the process of the reaction direction were determined. As the result, these compounds are transformed to hydrochloride and benzanylyde accordingly.

The paper studied the action glycyrrhetic acid and its derivatives in the process of peroxidation of mitochondrial membrane lipids. The studies revealed derivatives glycyrrhetic acid 2-pyridyl-GC-amide cytisine-isopropyl-GC and cytisine-ethyl-GC have antioxidant properties and have a protective action on mitochondria, reducing the damaging effect of cumene hydroperoxide and the system Fe2+ -askorbat and other derivatives GrK: GC-morpholino and 4-pyridyl-GC-amide have pro-oxidant properties, reinforcing the damaging effect of cumene hydroperoxide and Fe2+ system -askorbat.

For studying effects alkaloid on post–extrasystolic contraction which phenomen for cardiac muscles and for function Са2+–transport systems sarcoplasmic reticulum and RyR of the guinea–pig myocardium. The effect a post–extrasystolic potention of a myocardium is connected with Са2+–transport function sarcoplasmic reticulum. It was shown, that increase inotropic reaction the answer at presence alkaloid ajacin (5 micromol/L) can be connected with modulation of Ca2+–transport system sarcoplasmic reticulum of cardiomyocytes.

Analysis of data based on representatives of tropical and subtropical species of the Ancient Mediterranean, which includes the Central Asian focus of the transformation of new types of plants - forests of the frame, persimmon, walnut, grape, Loja, beech, mulberry, figs, sugar cane thickets and Lotus. The development of these types allows us to speak about autochthonous vidoobrazovanie long-term development process in Central Asia. The species range has been extended to the end of the late Eocene, followed by a decline, and in the late Neogene, the area has reached a level close to the modern – Paleogene period.

This article present research finding of the complex hybrid of cotton plant under the different agriculture valuable factors and environment. In the experiment the different generation and parental types of complex hybrid were studied. According to the wilt indication it is defined that chosen hybrids were wilt resistant compare to the cotton sort C-4727. According to the length of fiber studied varieties belonged to the type IV. Hybrid lines L-28, L-35 and L-33 were recognized as best lines according to the indication of agriculture valuable factors.

Application of nitrogen fertilizer as ammonium sulphate 30-40 kg ha-1 at milk-dough stage of winter wheat grain was found efficient to accelerate the crop senescence which resulted in early crop maturity and high quality of wheat grain. Also, use of defoliants at crop maturity as liquid chlorine-magnum (7.0-8.0 l ha-1) and UzDEF (6.0-7.0 l ha-1) substantially perished weeds in the wheat field, reduced grain losses and improved efficacy of grain harvesters, and increased grain yield up to 0.16 t ha-1.

In the study were analyzed the inheritance of the thickness of leaf blades, types of pubescence and number of hairs in interline hybrids. The study of the leaf blades of hybrids shows that this feature is mainly developed under the influence of maternal forms. Thickness of a sheet plate at hybrid combinations defined by means of eyepiece-micrometer МОВ-3 in 5 frequency. Quantity of hairs on leaves, downiness phylum - by means of binocular microscope N821500 too in 5 repetition. Studying a thickness of sheet plates at hybrids shows that this sign basically educes under the influence of parent forms.

Some peculiarities of forming conjugated words in Karakalpak language is studied in this article. There are various opinions about reasons of origin of conjugated words in the language. Most of conjugated words were formed in earlier period. Semantic relations between derivativen (motivated words) and productive words (reasoned words) play important role in definition of the meaning of word formation which is directly connected with transpositional, modified, equivalent and motivational relations.

In practice, the provision of bread and bakery products of high quality wheat is an urgent problem. The protein quantity and gluten are considered the main criteria in determining the quality of grain in the creation of strong and unique varieties of wheat. Types of wheat varieties, used agricultural machinery and climatic conditions affect the amount of protein and gluten in the composition of the grain.
