The influence of γ-radiation to the silicon modelers with nanoclaster atoms of manganese is considered. It is shown that nanostructures have unique photoelectric and magnetic properties, beginning with doze of radiation Ф>=2•106 Р essentially the degradation parameters of materials innerness, which is connected with the properties of nanostructures. Obtained results are explained by the decrees of nanoclasters because of fuelling of manganese atoms vacancies.

Was studied the inotropic effect of the flavonoid apigenin on the rat papillary muscle. It was shown that apigenin in low concentracion (5-15 micromol/L) shows positive inotropic effects and increasing the amplitude of the contractile response of rat papillary muscles. From the received data in experiments inhibitors analyses follows, that positive inotropic the effect of apigenin can be connected with activation beta-adrenoreceptors and increases concentration cAMP and therefore increases [Са²⁺]in in cardiomyocytes.

The data of the current state of melliferous plants of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, their taxonomy and systematization is provided in the article for the first time. The analysis is also carried out and the data of biologically active subsntances, of color scales, use of honey in medicine are submitted. Wild-growing melliferous plants are presented by 206 species from 134 genera and 46 families and 164 out of them look possess medicinal properties. The greatest number of melliferous plants is concentrated in 13 families that makes 72,3% of the total number of species and 60,4% of number of genera respectively.

In this article is shown the current state of vegetation in the territory of Nukus region. For the forest phytocenosis is typical two species of wood plants. The 25 plant species is noted. Meadow vegetation is presented of perennial herba mesophytic. Mainly edifikator and subedifikator are poymovynoslivy and salt-resistant plants. The vegetable cover of the territory of the Nukus area (the delta of Amu Darya) is defined tygai, meadow, galofilus, psammofilus vegetation.

In-Breeding in cotton selective-seed production process

Degree of plants uniformity of type is determined by consistency of aerial spraying method and modification variability level. Cross-fertilization with other breeds and crops equally releases consistency (uniformity of type) of breeds both for cross-fertilized and self-fertilized crops. Sa to genetic ratio, self-fertilization leads to revealing of recession warnings being in plant in latent state. By means of long-term self-fertilization and selection with regard to productivity, lines were obtained where self-fertilization depressive influence was absent. During process of utilization of even well selected breed, economic-biological belonging to this breed and it grows worth. For dropping protection against cross-fertilization it is recommended to saw one breed. Mono-breed eliminates also seeds mechanical contamination.

Parasitoid complex of Phyllonorycter robiniella (Clemens, 1859) (Lepidoptera, Gracillariidae) in Bratislava

In a study of the parasitoid complex of the black locust leaf miner Phyllonorycterrobiniella (Clemens, 1859), twelve species of parasitoids were recorded at four localities in Bratislava. In a study of the parasitoid spectrum of leafminer total 12 chalcidoid species belonging to the family of Eulophidae and its subfamilies: Eulophinae (6), Entedoninae (2), Tetrastichinae (2) and Braconidae (2) were reared. The recorded species of parasitoids are polyphagous; in addition to Ph. robiniella, they also develop on other species of leaf miners as primary; primary and secondary; or primary, secondary, and tertiary parasitoids. In all sampling sites, the dominant parasitoids species were Pholetesornanus, Sympiesissericeicornis, Minotetrastichusfrontalisand Pediobiussaulius. The parasitoids were found to have a strong effect on the abundance of Ph. robiniella. The goal of this work was to determine the parasitoid complex of Ph. robiniella and rate of parasitism prolong the season during the vegetation period in 2011-2013 years in Bratislava. The spectrum of parasitoid has been recorded for the first time in Slovakian fauna.

New species and subspecies orthoptera insect for the fauna of the southern Aral Sea

For the first time for the fauna of the Southern Aral Sea revealed one genus (Ruspolia) аnd two species (Platycleis affinis, Ruspolia nitidula) grasshoppers, two kinds (Oecanthus Aud.-Serv., Velarifictorus Rand., 1964) аnd two species (O.turanicus Uv., V.bolivari Uv.) cricket. New to the region are one genus (Eyprepocnemis Fieb.) 7 species (Diexis varentzovi, Eyprepocnemis unicolor, Oedipoda caerulescens, Sphingonotus nebulosus, Sph.Rubescens, Eremippus costatus, E.comatus.) аnd 6 subspecies (Tropidopola turanica ilinsis, Egnatioides desertus iliensis, Ochrilidia hebetate kazaka, Sph.Obscuratus latissimus, Sph.Eurasius, Sph.Rubescens rubescens) locusts. And also, for the fauna of Central Asia first identified one type of locust (Eremippus costatus Serg. Tarb.), still new to the fauna of Uzbekistan is considered a subspecies (Tropidopola turanica iliensis B.-Bienko).

In the Southern Aral Sea region revealed 75 species and sub-species of Orthoptera (Orthoptera: Insecta) insects. from them 4 genus and 17 species and subspecies are marked for the first time. The number of known species has increased from 86 to 103 and genera from 53 to 57.

Isolation and screening of micromycetes, producers of cellulolytic enzymes.

60 strains of fungi were isolated from various natural sources. The strains were screened due to ability to produce cellulolytic enzymes. The activity of cellulytic enzymes' complex, the amount of protein and the substrate's saccharafication were studied. The fungus Trichoderma sp.28 was determined as the most active strain. The activity of endo-1,4-B-glucanase of this strain was 3,7 U/ml, of exo-1,4-B-glucanase - 2,65 U/ml and of xylanase - 6,35 U/ml.

Microbiological analysis of the silage prepared by using microorganisms

Recycling of the wastes of plant growing solves not only the problem of feed provision, but also environmental issues. Therefore, the creation of non-waste technology is the most important task. The paper presents preliminary data on the possible preparation of silage from hardly ensiling and strongly contaminated by indigenous microflora plant raw material, i.e. wheat straw supplemented with microorganisms. Each of the individual cultures added to the plant mass (wheat straw) made a positive contribution to the preparation of good quality silage. Thus, adding the cultural broth of fungus T. harzianum Uz CF-28 to the silage mass provided a quick fermentation of cellulose to di- and monosaccharides. Adding in silage mass individually lactic acid bacteria and spore bacteria, which are the antagonists of conditionally pathogenic and pathogenic microflora, contributed to rapid accumulation of lactic acid, reduction of pH and blocking the growth of putrid microflora.

In article questions of studying of mechanisms of adaptation of an organism of children to different types of activity are considered. The analysis of the obtained data shows that at children of the elementary grades which are trained in educational institutions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan at the beginning of academic year after veloergometric loading all studied parameters of system of external breath changed slightly. It is revealed that isometric loading rendered various effects on cardiovascular system of girls and boys.

The article brings up information about the main role of insulin in the organism, which reduces to the keeping up of this hormone’s stationery level and provides proper glucose content in the blood stream. All factors, leading to an insulin insufficiency, lead to hyperglycohemia with the following consequences. It is noted that, depending on the substractum type, participating in the catalytic reactions, which are responsible for the inside and between molecular tiol-disulfide conversions, and also interactions of such groups with low-molecular tiols. It is established that the ferment, accelerating the rehabilitation of disulfide connections in glutathione presence, refer exactly to proteindisulfiductoses.

Interrelation of components is formed from co-ordinative and subordinative relations of components. Lexical-grammatical peculiarities of compound words are found in all categorematic parts of speech. Semantics of compound words have some peculiarities. Compound words can also be formed from loan-words.
