With the help of numerical experiments conducted testing schemes. Carried out a comparative analysis. The results of numerical experiments confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method compared to conventional circuits, finite difference method.

Mathematical modeling dynamics of water reservoirs system

The work considers the principles for the mathematical model of dynamics of system of reservoirs. Detailed analysis and classification of the models applied in similar problems is presented. The mathematical model is developed for separated but connected reservoirs. This entity could be described as a system of the ordinary differential equations. Model implementation is limited with particular assumptions for the functions included in the model.

Dynamics of forcing of vegetation on soil-climatic conditions

The formalization of perennial dynamics of vegetation's influence on climate and soil salinization in South Priaralie is given in this article. The deterioration of water regime of Amudarya basin and the erosion of salts from Aral sea postaqual dry land are considered as the main factor. The regression equations are obtained using statistic analysis of modeling results. Exponential growth of climate dryness as effect of nonlinearity of nature processes is shown. Decreasing of desalinization role of vegetation is approximated as line dependence from reducing of projective cover in given location.

Some photo-electrical properties features of the (Si₂)_1-x(GaN)_x epitaxial layer

(Si₂)_1-x(GaN)_x epitaxial layers had been grown on the Si (111) wafers using liquid phase epitaxy from the molten tin. Photovoltaic response and IV-characteristics of the obtained pSi-n(Si₂)_1-x(GaN)_x heterostructures had been studied. Spectral range of the photovoltaic sensitivity is 1.0-2.6 eV, There is power function I ~ U^a for direct current with a = 2 at U = (0-0.9) V, a > 2 at U = (0.9-5.9) V, a = 2 at U = (5.9-7.2) V and a < 2 at U = (7.2-13) V. Experimental results are interpreted using drift charge transfer in ohmic relaxation mode considering retardation of electron exchange act inside recombination complexes.

In the paper physical and chemical properties and market rating of new types of the phosphoric fertilizers received in the course of processing of samples of phosphoresces of Karakalpakstan by incomplete norm of sophistic and nitrate acids with introduction of salts of ammonium are studied. Sorption capacity of the received fertilizers is determined at various indications of relative humidity of air. Value of hygroscopic points of new types of fertilizers is found. It is established that the received friable granulated product does not become solid and possesses the good commodity properties conforming to requirements.

Lime-tuffit cement

The physical-chemical and physical-mechanical properties of lime-tuffit composition are studied in this paper. Tuffit rocks is easily milled material containing 15-18% of active silica. The aim of the work was to identify the firing temperature of tuffite and fineness of lime-pozzolan compositions on their mechanical properties. As a result of mechanical tests most appropriate for use in air-conditions should be considered lime-tuffit composition with a maximum content of lime. Optimal ratio of lime-tuffit cement is shown.

Thе article submits the results of the laboratory investigations of physical and mechanical characteristics of the Usturt Plato (Karakalpakstan part). The result of investigations have shown that, until 25 meters of underground, there are five types of soils: silk, limestone, clay with marl, marl and sandstone. It has been determined high level of gypsum in limestone, clay with marl and marl. The underground water level is rising in the investigate areas. It was submitted the recommendations for designing buildings and contractions in gypsies soils.

Caradrina — Spodoptera exicua Hbn. is considered to be a serious technical parasite of legumes, nightshades and many other types of agricultural plants. Butterflies put their eggs on substrate with fold, situated in one, two, sometimes three and, rarely in four circles and palings are with grayish sometimes whitish covers. Developments of eggs in summer periods prolongs till 4 days approximately 8-9 days. Worms of elder demonstrate cannibalism. The reason of mass multiplies of caradrines is its permanent places in the ground zone, that is important for developing long-term pro-activates of multiplying.

The cotton boll worm, Helicoverpa armigera Hbn., is a polyphagous pest damaging ca. 250 species of cultured plants and weeds in different parts of the range. Some of the most preferred plants are the chick-pea, tomato and corn. However, the chick-pea is the most insect preferred of these plants. The amount of effective temperatures for the development of one generation is 550°C at the threshold of 11°C. Natural enemies significantly affect the numbers of cotton boll worms.

The higher water plants of biological ponds of the treatment facilities

The specific structure and character of distribution water macrophytes, growing in bioponds clearing built ON "Angrensuvokova" and Open Society "Kokandspirt" are given in the article. It has been shown that specific distinction and similarity of the higher water plants in the studied ponds. To the most numerous by quantity of species family are Poaseae (5 species), Cyperaceae - 4, Polygonaceae - 3, Planaginaceae, Asteraceae, Butamaceae, Lemnaceae, Typhaceae - on 2 species. 3 groups of ponds are allocated by vegetation type: with in large mass-thicket, fragmentary and coast-fragmentary thickets. On degree the thickets biological ponds are divided into 4 types.

Resources of Herbs in modern ecological conditions of Priaral

The paper provides information on resources of the herbs growing in the Aral Sea Basin. There are 360 types of the herbs relating to 212 childbirth from 68 families the territory of Karakalpakstan. In other words, more than 37% of all plants of Karakalpakstan are medicinal. Distribution of herbs on natural areas of Aral Sea Basin is quite irregular. This unevenness is explained by differences of ecological conditions for various zones as well as with ecological types of plants.

To fauna Oxytelinae (Coleoptera, Staphylinidae) of the south Aral Sea region

The paper represents some information on species compound, zoogeographical dissemination and ecological features of the subfamily of Oxytelinae under the condition of the Southern Aral sea basin 74 species, 9 genus of Oxytelinae were found under the condition of the Southern Aral sea, which were distributed as follows: Bledius - 21, Trogophloeus - 19, Oxytelus - 10, Coprophilus - 5, Platystethus - 4, Carpelimus - 12, Eugenius - 2, Euphanias -1, Thinobius - 1 species. Representatives of Bledius genus dominate. The Subfamily Oxytelinae merges representatives of the various zoogeographical systems, but transpalearctic species dominate. Phytophagues predators are identified by the nature of trophic connection.

Bioecological features of herbs for introductions in the conditions of Karakalpakstan

The paper concerns issues of plant introduction considering ecological conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. It is noted that the plant introduction in the broad sense is understood as introduction in culture of wild-growing plants, both within an area, and in new areas where these types didn't meet still neither in wild, nor in a cultivated condition. Environment influence for growth and development was studied and the morphometric analysis was made. A seasonal rhythm of flowering of studied types of herbs had been investigated at an introduction on experimental sites in various zones of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Resources of melliferous vegetation in the Southern Aral Sea basin

The paper reviews results of researches of melliferous vegetation resources in Southern Aral Sea basin. It is established that the basis of food base for regional apiculture consists of more than 25 types of the melliferous herbs having the greatest distribution, being characterized abundance of the nectar, giving commodity honey. 36% from these plants are trees, 28% – shrubs and semi-bushes, 36% - grassy plants. The vast majority (80%) of them is made by the natives widespread on all studied territory. The characteristic of the main melliferous plants growing in the region of Southern Aral Sea basin is also provided.

Some peculiarities of the helminthes fauna of Cypriniformes fish, their distribution and ecology in the water bodies located in the valley of the mid-stream of the Syrdarya River were studied. A total of 49 parasitic species were recoded in the region: 13 species belong to the class Cestoda; 18 Trematoda; 14 Nematoda; and 4 Acantocephala. Twenty-nine species are for the first time reported from this region. Original data on the composition and structure of helminthes communities are given.

PAF correction of effect of pesticide karate on the cytochrom P-450 activation in the embrions rat liver

Pyrethroid pesticide karate, as showed by the research, has a depressing effect on the cytochrome P-450 of rats liver. Moreover it influences to the cytochrome P-450 of liver embryo. During the experiment the antioxidant factor (PAF) was used. The purpose of the experiment was to research the effect of the PAF on the inhibition of cytochrome Р-450 as a result of poisoning. It was installed, that antioxidant factor (PAF) promotes a restoration of activity of cytochrome P-450 of liver embryo. Our results show that PAF has antioxidant effects.

Research of types of auto-regulation of blood circulation at athletes in the conditions of Karakalpakstan

The study summarizes researches of types of auto-regulation of blood circulation at athletes living in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Cardiac rate is integrated factor revealing general state of the organism. Variance of the cardiac rate is connected with a complex of physiological changes originated from a casual exertion. Cardiac rate of the teenage athletes from south part of Кarakalpakstan was less intensive then cardiac rate of their coeval from the North of the Republic (p<0.05). In the age interval 20-22 year we have the same showings, cardiac rate of northern athletes was more intensive. This results reflect adaptive functions of hurt muscle for various age and physical conditions of an athlete.

This genre in the folklore of Turkic people’s prose is still used under various names. It is proposed to use the term "Apsana" instead of the term "Legend", which is still used in Karakalpak folklore studies.

New directions in research of the Karakalpak national fairy tales

The Karakalpak national fairy tales take the large place among other kinds of national folklore. Its investigation as a genre of folklore and, consequently, edition of the not published tales is the most urgent task for modern Karakalpak folklore studies. The Karakalpak national fairy tales included in the "Karakalpak folklore" book, were divided into three traditional types: magic, household and fairy tales about an animal. In the last edition of this corpus, which had been prepared by folklore scientists from the Karakalpak research institute of humanitarian sciences, all the Karakalpak fairy tales were partitioned into 10 sections. The paper establishes new classification principles and reviews a preparation process.

Thematic directions of the descriptive verses of Ajiniyaz

The paper scrutinizes thematic directions of describing verses ("ta'riyip") of outstanding Karakalpak poet Ajiniyaz. Contextual composition of his patriotic verses "Ellerim bardi", "Bardur", "Bardi'" are scientifically analyzed. Thematic spaces to anthem a motherland, to berhyme warriors, to chant maidens and Amazons are defined. A special sub-genre named "a'yne ta'riyip" to poetize women is discriminated after particular textual analysis. This analysis uses deep opening of thematic directions and unfolds creative manner of the poet.

The paper reviews Monocotyledoneae plant family. There are some new results of floristic studies and information on a new species in the Karakalpakstan. During field floristic studies (2010-2013) 7 new species of the flora of Karakalpakstan was found for the first time. Also new location of the 10 plant species had been found. The plant database was renewed with information about new species.
