Solvability of boundary value problems in the rectangular domain for the fourth order equation

SUMMARY
In this work a particular boundary value problem for the fourth order equation had been studied. We have obtained a priori estimates for solutions of those problems. The regular and strong solvability of the problem is proved. The regular strong solution of the problem uses Fourier method. This boundary value conjugate problem is studied too.

SUMMARY
The paper descriaed the results on the accuracy of difference Numerov for a system of ordinary differential equations (ODE) of the second order. On the basis of the theory of difference schemes are obtained and the conditions for stability of a priori estimates. It is proved that the scheme has fourth -order accuracy. An algorithm is for implementation of the scheme. It is indicated that this scheme can be used for a variety of partial differential equations of hyperbolic type.

Genesis and dynamics of the Kysylkum desert flora

Florogenesis of Kysylkum desert flora is given with 1050 species of vascular plants. This area can be treated as a floristical district within Turan desert province. Here dozen species with mountainous Central Asiatic genesis are existing still. These plants have been survived in the upper parts of the low mountains (Kuldzhuktau and Bukantau). These mountains clearly belong to Kysylkum district.

The paper is dealing with the complex hybridization to create new drought-resistant and early maturing cotton varieties for saline land in Karakalpakstan. We propose to make a selection using the ratio of the vegetative parts of the plant to commercial harvest. This indicator allows to evaluate the high biological productivity of ripening varieties. The selection criteria for complex plants with economically important traits should be starting with the second generation hybrids in the middle left side of the variation series. For the hybridization varieties with the fewest negative attributes were selected.

In the article it is illustrated a vast list of poisonous plants used in gardening. There briefly taken into consideration their biological properties and characters of usage. There also illustrated the chemical mixtures of toxic substances, consisting the different organs of plants and their influence to human and animal organs. There pointed out, that the condense of toxic substance is depended on several factors, including the phases of developing of plants. In selection some plants for gardening and photo designing it should also be taken into consideration their harmful properties.

This article gives information about ornithological surveys carried out in spring, summer, autumn and winter 2012- 2013, at man-made saxaul fields established on the Dried Bottom of the Aral Sea. Authors chose and researched a given area of saxaul field in the Aralkum desert. Contemporary structure of species and character of bids arrival to this area had been defined. Nests for sparrows and owls at the man-made saxaul fields had been installed for the first time in Karakalpakstan. The quantity and periodical dynamics of birds at the man-mane saxaul fields had been given. Protection measures for birds and to attract birds to the given area had been offered.

Age structure and its adaptive value at populations of small mammals in the conditions of Southern Aral sea area

The article considers age structure and its adaptive value at model species of small mammals in the conditions of Southern Aral sea area. It is established that growth rate and developments in different generation of studied types can change adaptively. In the conditions of transformation of environment of Southern Aral Sea area the regulating role of adaptive reorganization of age structure of population of small mammals is especially great. It provides the best safety of the population of small animals in critical autumn and winter months. In favorable ecological conditions population reconstructs the structure to realize maximum of reproductive potential, and at adverse - adjusts it on the minimal reproduction rate.

Traditional beliefs and rituals associated with childlessness are stable among the population.

This article is dealing with one of the actual problems of modern karakalpak literary criticism - to study the history of national literature in karakalpak literary science. The origin of karakalpak literary criticism is connected with collecting and studying materials of oral folk creativity and heritage of classics of karakalpak poetry, and also critical evaluation of the received knowledge with their subsequent systematization is needed. Classics of karakalpak poetry N. Davkarayev, K.Aimbetov, I.Sagitov, who were the founders of literary science, studying genre features of oral folk creativity and heritage, created a periodization of history of national literature, gave classification of literary genres, and also investigated life and creative activity of poets of past for the first time. Further development of history of karakalpak literature connected with the names of such scientists-literary critics, as M. Nurmukhamedov, S. Ahmetov and others, which investigated the questions of history of karakalpak literature in connection with studying the works of modern literature. In the period of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan the history of karakalpak literature as the branch of literary science had further development in the works of modern scientists who are engaged in development of the major problems in literary science.

Development of karakalpak literature of the XX century on the basis of oral folk creativity and samples of classical poetry, and also rich literary traditions of the East and the West, provided its ideological and thematic, genre, art and esthetic, style variety. Modern national literature, being the successor of the best achievements of literary experience of previous generation, continues its traditions in the new contents. Preparation for printing the anthology of karakalpak poetry of the XX century created by talented representatives of our people is one of important problems of modern literary science. This article is devoted to the study of monologue speech and its role in the art works. If previously the scientists in their works devoted to the theory of literature, related a monologue to the art means used to display the spiritual world of the personage, but recently some researchers consider a monologue as an art type. Monologue (from greek – monos – one, logos - the word) - is the words of the hero of the work addressed to itself or to the other. Unlike dialogue the monologue excludes any interference from the other people. The article deals with these types of monologue, as an external monologue, when the personage narrates or thinks aloud internal monologue as well, and also monologues addressed and secluded, the epistolary auto communication.

About a poem "Sokhibkiron" based on the content of "Shakhriyor"

The paper analyzes a "Sokhibkiron" poem by Islam shayir. This poem is popular in the Samarkand and Bukhara region. The poem is oral folklore saga based on the plot of "Shahriyar" epos. We study this saga versus traditional story of the epos. Historial evolution of the ancient story had been covered. Creativity of the poet unfolds in this process. Some differences of the folklore poem in contrast with ezisting version of the same saga from other traditional storytellers are reviewed.

Anthroponomy is a branch of onomastics. This part of philology studies the personal names and its origin, constituent components and semantic features using linguistic approach. A great job was done in training young people for family life during the time of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Karakalpakstan. One should notes the development of teaching materials and the introduction of the subject "Psychology of Family Life" into the curriculum of vocational colleges and academic lyceums which is studied in the third year, when the question is actual for the age of students. Karakalpak version of the tutorial was designed for educational institutions in Karakalpakstan, which is being studied by students for over 10 years. It is well known that one of the leading factors in the strength of the family and a healthy psychological environment is personal and theoretical readiness of young people to create a family. Many researches (V.Karimova, G.Shaumarov, A.Shneyder, etc.) studied young people's ideas about family life and the criteria of their social readiness for marriage.
