The paper considers quantitative methods to evaluate long-term dynamics of number of a muskrat and a big sandwort in South of Aral Sea basin. It is established that territory-scale water regimen changes are one of defining factors of number of a muskrat. Some regularities in dynamics are revealed.

SUMMARY
The paper for the first time describes the production of organic fertilizers by composting the manure poor nodular phosphorites of Karakalpakstan. Nodular type Phosphorites of Karakalpakstan can be a major source of raw materials for local fertilizers. Physical-chemical, petrographic studies have shown that the majority of nodules composed of amorphous and cryptocrystalline isotropic material, which contributes to the possibility of easy and rapid decomposition of the raw material by mineral and organic acids and salts. The mineralogical and chemical content of phosphorites confirms the possibility of their chemical activation on the basis of composted manure. By this method we obtained organic fertilizers which have pH that meets the requirements for dissolution of humic acids and their availability to plants.

In article results on research of processes of an evtrofication of limnichesky ecosystems are given in Southern Aral Sea area. In recent years because of sharp increase in dumping of nitrogen and phosphorus in reservoirs and waterways, and also as a result of control of a drain of many flat rivers, in them there were peculiar violations of a hydrochemical and hydrobiological mode of reservoirs. Biotic components of water ecosystems reflect the trophic status of water object. The main distributions of forms of phosphorus in water, its balance, definition of characteristics of phosphoric loading and streams of its forms in ecosystems by means of imitating model of phosphoric system in Southern Aral Sea area’s limnic ecosystems were calculated.

Studying the variability of main economic-valuable signs for cotton varieties with influence on seeds by ultraviolet irradiation

UV-irradiation of seeds for 15 minutes for C-6524 and Dustlik-2 varieties increase the average value of the sign "Summary numbers of the fruit branches on the one plant", but value of the sign "whole numbers monopodialic branches on the one plant" decreases. The average value of the sign "height of the plant" beside Chimbay-5018 cotton variety is differentiated i.e. 112.2 are refer to noted at exposures 15 minutes, but minimum value 102.9 are refer to noted at exposures 10 minutes, but for Duslik-2 variety on checking was 108 refer to and increased before 110 and 115 refer to at exposures 15 and 20 minutes. Maximum importance of the sign "height of the bookmark first fruit branch" is noted 5.9 on variant, where seeds was subjected to the influence of the ultraviolet irradiation for 20 minutes, but at influence during 10 and 15 minutes, value of the sign several fell i.e. 5.85 and 5.80 nodes. Maximum importance of the sign "whole revealled boll on one plant on 15.09" is noted beside C-6524 and Chimbay-5018 varieties, where seeds was subjected to the irradiation during 20, 15 and 10 minutes, herewith average value of the sign was equal accordingly 10.0; 11.7; 12.6 pieces boll. Thence follows that influence of the ultraviolet irradiation on sowing seeds renders the favourable action.

The paper studies imported varieties of a sunflower in new cropping condition. These kinds demonstrate late ripeness and, in most cases, low harvesting. In usual condition of crop production (with two irrigations) in nursery seeds duplications of the first year the line L-60 looks prospective, which exceeds the standard variety KK-1 in all factors. In the seeds nursery of the second year on arid background (one irrigation) the line L-55 excel. On phase of the blossom overtakes the standard for 2 days and on maturation 3 days, in harvesting on 70 kg/ha. In nursery seeds duplications of the second year on the middle salinity background amongst tested varieties differed L-5 and L-11 compared favourably.

The specific content of phytopathogenic fungi of the Botanical garden of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan is revealed. In the article the question of interrelation of mycobiota of fungi of Botanical garden of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan with the fungi of natural territories of Central Asia is discussed. The phytopathogenic fungi of Botanical garden of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan with the fungi of mountain, foothill and deserted territories of Central Asia and adjacent countries are compared. It is revealed, that the mycobiota of fungi of Botanical garden of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan is most similar to the content of fungi of foothill and mountain areas. It is least similar with the mycobiota of deserted regions.

Study of mechanisms of spasmolitic action of 1-O-benzoylnapellin on contractile activity of rat trachea smooth muscle cells

The influence of 1-О-benzoylnapellin alkaloid on K+-channels of rat trachea smooth muscle cells. Relaxant effect of diterpenoid alkaloid 1-O-benzoylnapellin on rat trachea precontracted by high KCl. Due to blockage of plasmallemal voltage-depended Са2+-channels, are for the first time discovered. These effects of 1-О-benzoylnapellin is caused by modulation of ATF-sensitive K+-channels plasmallemal of the rat trachea smooth muscle cells. It is established, that relaxant action of 1-О-benzoylnapellin has complex character.

The study described in the this article is the results of long year survey on demographic and reproductive grow of Lamellar Rats population (Nesokia Gray, 1823) in low Amudarya (Prearal). Has been defined, that the main reproductive mechanism keeping population balance is closely connected with age classification. This factor affects on population grow. In spite of long year study the results of survey failed to show the whole process of population grow. Some extra studies have to be done on genetic and behavioral aspects.

Features of regulation of the warm rhythm of young boxers at regenerative technology

In paper is dealing with functional conditions of an organism of young boxers from a position of an assessment of regulation of a warm rhythm by preparation for competitions. It is established that all surveyed boxers had indicators of systolic and diastolic pressure and frequency of warm reductions of ChSS in a range of normal amounts. Essential influence of regenerative technologies on a functional condition of regulation of a warm rhythm is shown. Dynamics of an index of tension in control essentially didn't differ from changes in the second group of boxers at all stages of impact of training and the subsequent natural restoration.

This article concerns the less researched artistic techniques of karakalpak literature as the author's speech, remarks, cue and their relationship with the dialogue. In prose by the author's speech is given the exposition of the plot, the description of the landscape and reveals the psychological problems of education. Many of the works begin with the direct speech of the author. Cues form the basis for dialogue. Initially if the cues had a great importance in dramatic works, but the last time they have a large role in the prose. The remarks in it, accompanied by the hero's speech, the stylistic features are inherent. And so this study raises the problem of using author’s remarks and also artistic features of cues in some novels of writers such as T. Kaipbergenov, W. Seytov, K. Mambetov.

Constant worldwide use of pesticides in huge quantity brings negative results, such as environment deterioration, food pollution, and adverse influence on human health. Some pesticides are able to keep their effect in human environment for a long time, to roam from one environment to another, to joint and become more toxic compounds and they could bring a real threat to human organism, could break biodiversity of flora and fauna.
